Golfing Benefits Families At Christmas

Murphys, CA — The figures are in from the Santa´s Express benefit golf tournament held at Forest Meadows recently and the numbers are good.
Close to $7,000 were raised for the Human Resources Council´s Santa´s Express program.
Santa´s Express distributes food, clothing, and toys to disadvantaged families during the holidays.
76 golfers participated in the tournament, after which more than 100 people dined and took part in an auction.
This year´s goal is to provide at least 600 families a holiday basket at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
