Sonora, CA — 64 year old James Boscoe has been appointed to the Tuolumne County Superior Court by Governor Schwarzenegger.
Boscoe is replacing the retired William Polley. Boscow will be overseeing civil and family law cases. He has been an attorney since 1969. Over the last nine years, Boscoe has been a superior court family law and child support commissioner for Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador counties.
Tuolumne County District Attorney Donald Segerstrom and Tuolumne County Counsel Gregory Oliver also sought the position.
