Stanford, CA — Bryce Daniel Milnik, pictured at the Lucille Packard Children´s Hospital, continues to show improvement as he recovers from his heart transplantation surgery of a week ago at the Stanford Medical Center.
Here´s the latest update from the Milnik family; February 06, 2007 at 03:51 PM PST; One of the nurses just came from his bedside and informed us that he´s been off the ecmo machine for 35 minutes so far and that the cardiologist gives him a B- today (check the last post) and that they are looking to possibly remove the ecmo machine tomorrow. That is actually a pretty high grade the nurse said, given all of the medications he is on. Thanks and praise be to God… Be praying that tomorrow will be an A+! Thanks again for your prayers… we really covet them on behalf of Bryce right now in what will be the most crucial 24 hours of this whole transition.
