Sonora, CA — 29 year old Stephen Ernest Proper and 24 year old Crystal Dawn Irene Wise are the “Most Wanted” this week by the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Office.
Proper stands six feet one inches tall and weighs approximately 179 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
Proper is wanted on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale and an infraction charge of throwing a cigarette-cigar or other item from a vehicle.
Wise stands five feet two inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Wise is wanted for failure to appear for a court date.
