San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will split its initial August meeting between the Government Center and Mike Flock Gymnasium at Calaveras High School.
Following public comment at 9:10am the supervisors will consider and take possible action regarding a resolution waiving Community Development Agency fees for permits issued to districts for fire protection projects.
Following the noon 90 minute recess the supervisors will continue their August 5 meeting at Calaveras High School with discussion and possible action regarding a joint meeting of the supervisors and the Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) to discuss a) a water plan element to the County´s General Plan and b) integrated Regional Water Management Planning efforts in Calaveras County and the Tuolumne-Stanislaus Rivers.
At 2:30 the Board is scheduled to discuss and take possible action on the General Plan Update by accepting public input and providing direction to staff regarding the draft Issues and Opportunities Report and the draft Working Vision Statement and Guiding Principles document.
