Modesto, CA — Assemblyman Tom Berryhill stated Saturday that he is very pleased with Governor Schwarzenegger’s decision to keep all state parks open to the public through at least June 30, 2010.
Commented Berryhill, “I think they tried to hold the state parks hostage. Certainly in the 25th District and all over the state as far as that matters, that means a lot to tourism and means a lot to bring in people to these different regions.
We are working a lot of different angles on how to make sure we keep these parks open in perpetuity.”
