Sonora, CA — This weekend Mother Lode Views will conclude its two part series on California’s Financial Crisis.
In studio for the second consecutive week 25th District Assemblyman Tom Berryhill will discuss the desperate need for budget reform in the state of California.
Tuolumne County Administrative Officer Craig Pedro will comment on the effect of the legislature possibly revoking Prop. 1A (loss of property tax revenue for the county) and Prop. 42 (loss of road maintenance funds).
Both will comment that it’s time for a permanent fix as to how California does business. They agree that “band aids” will not eliminate the problem anymore.
Mother Lode Views is aired on AM-1450 KVML at 9:30am Saturday and 8:03am Sunday. Mother Lode Views is also aired on Today’s Country, 93.5 KKBN at 8am Sunday and an hour later on STAR 92.7.
