Poll Shows Voters Oppose Five Ballot Measures

Sacramento, CA — The five ballot measures Gov. Schwarzenegger is touting as a way to help the state control its budget are falling short with voters.

A poll by the Public Policy Institute of California finds none has majority support. Proposition 1A would cap state spending and extend tax increases, while others authorize borrowing and guarantee more school funding.
