Resource Advisory Committee Will Add Members
Sonora, CA — The newly re-chartered Tuolumne and Mariposa County Resource Advisory Committee is looking for three members.
The Committee receives funding from the Federal Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act to go towards stewardship projects.
Of the $2.3 million coming to Tuolumne County this year through the legislation, $255K has been set aside for RAC.
Those appointed to the (RAC) will serve a three year term and meet regularly to set priorities for funding.
Application packages are available at the Stanislaus National Forest Supervisor’s Office at 19777 Greenley Rd., the Tuolumne County Administration Office and the Mariposa County Administration Office.
