Sonora, CA– Caltrans crews will be at work in the Mother Lode this week keeping our roads maintained and repaired.
In Calaveras County on Highway 4, motorists can expect up to 10 minute delays due to crews cleaning the ditches and drains on Upper Moran Road to the Big Trees State Park entrance. One-way traffic control will be in effect. On Highway 12 starting from Southworth Road to Cedar Street, one-way traffic control and 15 minute delays can be expected due to road construction. On Highway 26 from the start of the passing lane east of Alabama Hill and ending at the end of the passing lane, motorists can expect 15 minute delays as one-way traffic control will be in effect due to electrical repair work.
In Tuolumne County on Highway 49 from Fraguero Road to Rawhide Road, road construction will be taking place and 10 minute delays can be expected. On Highway 108 near Strawberry, Caltrans will be doing bridge maintenance and repairs at the South Fork of the Stanislaus River Bridge. One-way traffic control will be in effect and motorists should expect 10 minute delays. Finally on Highway 120 from Memorial Drive to Hopper Street, one-way traffic control will be conducted and motorists can expect 10 minute delays due to crews working on above ground utilities.
