The entire family will be able to “Celebrate Children” at the 32nd Annual Children and Babies Fair this Saturday from 10am to 2pm, at the Mother Lode’s Fairgrounds in Sonora. The event listing is here, and more details about ICES are in the news story here.
The Mother’s Day Gift Faire is sponsored by the Tuolumne County Garden Club as a fund raiser for their scholarship program. There will be Gourmet Treats, Plants, Antiques, Vintage goods, and Hand made crafts from 10am to 3pm at the Tuolumne Veteran’s Memorial Hall.

As reported here, Area young people ages 8-17 will have a chance to take to the skies this Saturday April 23rd, as Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 1337 hosts a Young Eagles Flight Rally at Columbia Airport. There is also the Calaveras County Airport Fly-In/Open House on Saturday from 8am to 5pm. More details are in their event listing here.
