Head-on Crash In Calaveras County

Valley Springs, CA — Emergency crews are heading to a two-vehicle crash on Double Springs Road in Calaveras County. The CHP reports two pickups have hit each other head-on at the intersection of Double Springs and Gillam roads, off Highway 12 in the Valley Springs area. One of the trucks has overturned and is blocking one lane of traffic. There is no word on injuries at this time. We will bring you more information as soon as it comes into the News Center.
Update 1:12 p.m: The CHP reports the roadway is cleared and luckily there are no injuries.
