Pinecrest Lake, CA – Emergency crews are on the scene of a solo vehicle accident near Pinecrest Lake on Dodge Ridge Road off Highway 108.
The CHP reports a Toyota pickup truck went off the roadway on a curve and hit a tree and that black ice may have been involved in the crash. There are reports of a young boy on a stretcher with blood on his head, but that he was conscious. There is no word on any other injuries. We will bring you more information as soon as it comes into the News Center.
Update 2:30 p.m.: The CHP reports minor injuries in the crash.
