Tuolumne Road Cleared

Sonora, CA — Crews have removed debris from a logging truck crash on Tuolumne Road and Woodham Carne Road in Sonora.

The CHP reports the logging truck and compact car collided around 4:30 this evening.  There were reports of debris littering the roadway. That caused traffic to back up while crews worked for more than an hour and a half to clear the wreckage. The roadway was cleared around 6:15 pm. There were no injuries. There is no word on whether the wet roads were a factor in the crash.
