Tuolumne County – Motorists can expect traffic delays on two highways next week.
In Tuolumne County, Caltrans crews will be paving on Highway 108 from East Avenue Undercrossing (west of Tuolumne County Road) to Stoddard Springs Road. That stretch will be down to one-way traffic control. The work will begin at 7:00 a.m. and running until 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 21 through Friday, July 25.
Also, on those same days in Calaveras County, Caltrans flaggers will be conducting one-way traffic control on Highway 12 from Highway 88 West/Victor Road in San Joaquin County to the Whelisma Railroad Crossing in Calaveras County. Crews will be doing striping starting at 6:00 a.m. and running through 6:00 p.m.
Motorists can expect 15 to 20 minute delays at both locations. Caltrans says alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.
