The man accused in the killing of a rookie San Jose police officer has been arraigned.
DeShawn Campbell was captured last night by police in East San Jose.
The 22-year-old man was arrested on a ten million dollar warrant on suspicion of killing officer Jeffrey Fontana.
Fontana was shot to death during a traffic stop in an upscale San Jose neighborhood in the early morning hours of October 28th.
Deputy District Attorney Lane Liroff says authorities are investigating the possibility that Campbell may have lured Fontana to an isolated location, where he shoot him.
