At least 12 people are being treated at a Seattle hospital for injuries they suffered in a strong earthquake that
rattled the Pacific Northwest this morning. Three people have serious injuries.
The quake registered at a magnitude of 7 and was felt as far away as Salt
Lake City, Utah. Parts of a brick building front fell on the sidewalk in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle, Washington and structural damage was
reported at Bellevue Community College east of the city.
