Larry Jensen is making it clear in his semi-annual report to Tuolumne County that he won´t be back as Film
Commissioner at the end of his contract. Jensen refers to himself as a “lame duck” in the report delivered this morning.
Jensen has been embroiled in a
legal battle between the film commission, and a group formerly calling itself the “Film Consortium”. It was essentially settled last week, when the consortium
agreed to change its name.
Jensen says he plans to finish projects during his remaining time that will bring film business to the county in the future, and
recommends bringing a new commissioner in from outside the county.
