The latest word on the 24 U-S crew members in China is that they´re in “superb condition.´´The White
House spokesman says President Bush has gotten an update from the American official who met with the crew for 40 minutes today.

navy guesthouse where they are being held — as well as the ability to get computer e-mails on a daily basis.
