Outages Carry a Big Price Tag

A study report released in San Francisco warns that blackouts could cost California as much as 16 billion
dollars a year. The study by the Bay Area Economic Forum predicts major costs to the economy of California if the state´s power crisis isn´t resolved quickly.
It is one of the first attempts to put a price tag on power interruptions statewide.
