A Sonora man will not be sent to prison or given probation for drug charges. Peter Scialabba plead guilty
to possession of hydrocodone, an ingredient used to make the potent painkiller Vicodin.
Prosecutor Mike Knowles says if Scialabba passes the Drug
Court, the charge will be dismissed but it will prohibit him from having firearms of any kind.
He also plead guilty to drunk driving, giving false
identification to a peace officer and possessing tools for burglary purposes.
