For the fourth straight day, earthquakes are rattling the San Ramon area. At 5:26 a.m. this morning – the U.S. Geological Survey says it recorded a quake measuring 3.0. It was centered two miles southeast of San Ramon. The quakes are considered minor – but a USGS spokeswoman says it´s watching the epicenter closely. The activity is the most dramatic on the Calaveras fault since the USGS began watching it in 1970.
