The triple homicide trial of Yosemite killer Cary Stayner is under way in San Jose. Stayner is accused of killing three Yosemite tourists in February 1999. He´s already serving a life term for killing a park naturalist. Stayner could face the death penalty if convicted of killing the tourists.
The first witness Tuesday was Jens Sund, father and husband of two of the victims. He recalled seeing them for the last time as they left for Yosemite.
