The West Sacramento city council has decided a proposed Indian casino won´t face an advisory measure on the November ballot.

The Upper Lake Band of Pomo Indians´ proposal is tied up in a lawsuit, and a municipal services agreement with the city has yet to be concluded.

The Lake County tribe and its out-of-state management company, SRQ Incorporated, proposes to build a $100-million dollar casino and hotel near Interstate 80, between the metropolitan areas of Sacramento and San Francisco.
