Simon Presents Terrorism Plan

GOP gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon announced on Friday his plan to prevent and combat terrorism in California. Simon is bringing his ideas forward with the backing of the California Organization of Police and Sheriffs who approved Simon over Riordan in the campaign. Simon is calling for better nborder order controls, creation of the California Office of Emergency Services, a layered state protection for high impact targets, and cyber-terrorism unit monitoring. The focus of Simon is on law-enforcement and to keep a close eye on targets throughout California.
