Ballot Glitch In Merced Won’t Affect Election

Ballots in Merced County are being recounted after officials discovered a malfunction in a ballot counting machine. The problem was discovered when officials noticed voter turn out was too high for a primary race. Election officials say the problem won´t affect any of the races.
