Anaheim detectives will recommend to Orange County prosecutors that an older driver who killed two students with a car be charged with vehicular manslaughter.
Sergeant Rick Martinez said yesterday that the police investigation determined the March 12th crash at Centralia Elementary School could have been avoided. Martinez says the recommendation will be made next week.
The county District Attorney´s Office will make the final decision on whether any charges will be filed.
