A Stockton man accused of killing his wife last year with a nail gun faces an August Fifth murder trial.
Forty-three-year-old Manolito Pescador is charged with killing Norma Pescador last December Eighteenth. San Joaquin County forensic officials say the victim had nine nail gun wounds to the head.
Stockton Police Sergeant Charles Arellano says Pescador confessed to the crime after greeting him at the door clutching a rosary and statue of the Virgin Mary.
