Jury selection in the murder trial of David Westerfield gets under way this morning in San Diego. Westerfield is accused of kidnapping and murdering seven-year-old Danielle van Dam in February. At least 350 people are expected to arrive for jury duty in San Diego Superior Court. Potential jurors will be asked to answer 100 questions. They will have to provide details about their exposure to pornography and their thoughts about the death penalty.
