Two inmates with less than seven months left on their sentences who escaped from a minimum security facility at Folsom State Prison have been caught in Modesto.
Jimmy Palmer and Charles Harris were discovered missing Sunday morning from Folsom Minimum Support Facility.
Palmer was convicted on extortion charges and housed at the minimum security facility in November 2001. Harris was convicted of terrorist threats and brought to the facility in March.
Prison officials learned the two were headed to Modesto and with the help of Modesto police, caught the inmates at 12:30 a.m. this morning.
