Schwarzenegger Makes Embarrassing Remark on Oprah
Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared with his wife Maria Shriver yesterday on the Oprah Winfrey show to try to improve his standing with female voters.
Analysts say the GOP frontrunner in the recall election performed “brilliantly” on the show, despite making one rather embarrassing remark.
While explaining some past comments, Schwarzenegger repeated a line from a bodybuilding documentary. He said, “These were times when I was saying a pump is better than coming.” His wife slapped her hand over his mouth. The mostly female studio audience erupted into laughter.
“My mother is watching this show. My god,” Maria Shriver said.
