Arnold Schwarzenegger´s father, Gustav, was a volunteer member of the Nazi SA, the notorious storm troopers also known as brownshirts. That´s according to a brief entry in the Austrian State Archives.
Gustav Schwarzenegger´s Nazi Party membership and combat record in the German army were already well known and his son has publicly expressed his dismay over it many times.
