Rollover Crash Traps Driver

Angels Camp firefighters used the “Jaws of Life” to get a woman out of her overturned car this morning. The solo vehicle rollover accident just after 10 a.m. was on Highway 49 north of Angels Camp near the veterinary office.
Fire units on the scene says the driver of the overturned car was not seriously hurt but was pinned inside the vehicle. It took about 20 minutes to free the woman. A witness says two dogs in the car at the time of the crash escaped through broken windows and took off running.
