Governor in San Francisco Today
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will be in San Francisco this morning where he will address a meeting of the National Conference of Chief Justices.
The governor will deliver the opening remarks at the conference this morning at 8-30 at the Saint Francis Hotel. The justices are meeting here to discuss matters impacting state courts.
As for Governor Schwarzenegger, he´s kicking off a campaign this week to pitch Proposition 57, a plan to issue $15 billion in bonds to reduce the state´s deficit.
Last week, two polls showed only about a-third of California voters are in favor of the plan.
