California´s job outlook has improved, with more than 22-thousand new jobs created in January.
Overall unemployment dropped to six-point-one percent, as the number of people who reported being employed at a new state record.
A survey of employers shows the state has more than 14-point-four (m) million payroll jobs. That´s not including farm workers and the self-employed.
The survey shows the state´s lost jobs are in mining, manufacturing and the financial sector.
Jobs added were in the areas of construction, trade, transportation, utilities, information, education and health services.
