A Los Angeles judge is scheduled to consider whether Governor Schwarzenegger should testify in a libel case filed against his campaign.
Rhonda Miller is among several women who say Schwarzenegger sexually harassed or groped them over the course of his film career.
After her allegations were published in the Los Angeles Times, Schwarzenegger´s campaign told reporters Miller had a criminal record. She did not, though other women with the same name did.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge will hear arguments today on a motion by Miller´s attorney to depose the governor and his aides. They hope to prove that Schwarzenegger and his campaign intentionally defamed Miller. Schwarzenegger´s staff says the misidentification was an honest mistake.
