Sacramento, CA — Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger´s approval rating continues to slide.
A poll out today says the majority of Californians are showing discontent with the job he´s doing. The survey released this morning by the nonpartisan Field Poll says only 36 percent of registered voters approve of the governor´s performance, while 52 percent disapprove.
12 percent have no opinion. Schwarzenegger´s approval rating has been taking a sharp dip since February, when 55 percent approved of the job he was doing. People who responded to the survey cited the governor´s call for a November special election as a major factor influencing their opinion.
