Power Restored in Columbia

The power is back on in the Columbia area this morning after over 600 customers lost electrical service.

The outage began around 4am, according to Emily Barnett from PG&E. Trees apparently hit power lines in the area, as always happens when the weather gets like this. Power came back on around 6:48am.

Early reports indicated only a couple of hundred customers without power, but the updated information indicated a much wider outage.
