A Hughson woman has pleaded guilty to charges that she sent methamphetamine-laced letters to inmates at the Stanislaus County jail. Riann Lee Scarbrough Ochoa admitted in court that she sent at least 13 letters to her husband, Francisco Ochoa, and his cellmate in 2003. Scarbrough Ochoa pleaded guilty to 15 felonies, including burglary charges and possession of methamphetamine.
