Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors will convene at nine o´clock this morning for its weekly meeting.
The board will approve reappointments and appointments to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee, accept the resignation of Carol King from the South County Planning Commission and consider the establishment of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the county´s emergency management system.
In addition there will be a resolution to consider the approval of an agreement between the California Department of Forestry and Fire Prevention and Tuolumne County Fire for the distribution of grant funds under the Volunteer Fire Assistance Program.
At 11am there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Ambulance Headquarters-Fire Administration and Emergency Operations Center at 18440 Striker Court in Sonora.
