Medical Center Sponsors ‘Relief From Hip and Knee Pain’ Presentation

Sonora, CA –Sonora Regional Medical Center will host a free educational presentation by Airell Nygaard, MD, titled “Get Your Life Back: You Don’t Have to Live With Hip and Knee Pain” on Thursday, January 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm.   The presentation will be held at the Senior Center on Greenley Road in Sonora.  Light snacks and refreshments will be served, and attendees will be given informational handouts before the presentation.

Dr. Nygaard’s presentation is part of a bimonthly series of health seminars by physicians, sponsored by the Medical Center’s OakPlus Wellness Program for seniors aged 65 and older.  While the monthly talks are usually open only to OakPlus members, Dr. Nygaard’s talk will be open to the public; you need not be a member of OakPlus to attend this particular seminar.
