This year the Tuolumne County Resource Conservation District and Tuolumne River Trust are hosting the Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour to raise funds for our Stream Team Water Quality Monitoring Program and to increase understanding of healthy watersheds in our community.
The festival will be Saturday May 6th, 2017 at Indigeny Reserve in Sonora. Social hour will be from 7:30-8:30. “Our Waters” film program will start at 8:30pm and run until 10:45pm.
A social hour will be from 7:30pm -8:30pm, where people can purchase drinks from Indigeny or pizza from Old Skool Pies. Film viewers will have the chance to win raffles from Sierra Nevada Adventure Company, Patagonia, and other National Partners. Silent Pine will be playing during the social hour. They are a local rock/indie band out of Groveland.
The outdoor screening will be from 8:30pm-11:00pm with 8 short films to be featured. Seating is first come first serve. Bring a blanket and/or chair!
Tickets can be purchase with cash or check at Union Hill Coffee, Sierra Nevada Adventure Co. and Mountain Sage for $20. Tickets can also be purchase at the door on May 6th.
