Deer season is coming soon! Join UCCE Master Food Preserver and experienced hunter Dennis Miller to make sure you understand current recommended field dressing practices for deer. Learn about various processing tools and techniques thatwill allow you to safely enjoy venison throughout the year in a veriety of ways. Topics include field dressing, aging the meat, cutting up or grinding the meat, making sausage, and storage options.
