The Sonora Mini-Hack 2017, presented by Valley Hackathon, is a 10 hour programming competition where teams of two programmers build (hack) software projects from scratch and then show them off at the end of the competition. The best projects will win over $450 in cash and prizes. Competitors will come from around Tuolumne County and as far away as Modesto, Merced, and Stockton, to display their amazing programming skills. Visitors are welcome to come at 6:30 pm to see the teams finishing their projects and then for the presentations and awards. The event ends at 8 pm.

Registration is free and open to programmers 18 years of age and older. Details are available on the Valley Hackathon website.
