Now that the smoke has cleared, the Tuolumne County Republican Party has rescheduled the 1st Annual Patriots’ Picnic for Saturday November 7th at The Moose Lodge in East Sonora, from 1:00 — 4:00p.m. Along with honoring those who gave their lives on 9-11, recognition will be given to local Patriots who put their lives on the line for Tuolumne County every day. In addition, all proceeds from the picnic will be donated directly to victims of the Butte Fire.
The Patriots’ Picnic event is open to the public. The Tuolumne County Republican Party hopes to make this a special day for those who give so we can live! The family barbeque buffet lunch will begin at 1:00, followed by the recognition ceremony and a variety of musical entertainment. Fun activities are planned for children and adults alike.
Tickets are $10 per person (children under 5 are free). A family price is $30 (4 or more). 7 n alcohol will lie served at this “Family Friendly ”event. Donations for Victims of the Butte Fire of non-perishable food and gift cards will be accepted at the door.

The Patriots’ Picnic is a joint venture of the Tuolumne County Republican Central Committee and the Tuolumne County Republican Women Federated club. Sponsorships include Lowes’, Wal-Mart, Black Oak Casino Resort, and other local businesses. The Tuolumne County Republican Party is a professional, year-round organization that focuses on recruiting Republican candidates and volunteers, registering Voters, endorsing candidates, and getting out the vote on Election Day.
