Farms of Tuolumne County will host its first Pumpkin Growing Workshop taught by Carla Suehowicz. Carla is a champion pumpkin grower and is offering her expertise to those interested in learning about growing those giant pumpkins. She is also offering free seeds, valued at $12 each, to participants. Carla has grown 1200 lb pumpkins! (You might have seen them at Black Oak Casino where they are carved for Halloween.)
Workshop will be held at University of California Cooperative Extension conference room at 52 N. Washington Street in Sonora, CA.

Price is $10 for adults and children 12 and over. For those under 12, cost is $5.00
Space is limited, so pre-purchase of tickets is required.
