Taco Bar Dinner benefiting local resident Beth Hall. $65 for a family of 4 or $20 individual tickets. ‘Drive-through’ pick-up available on prepurchased tickets or dine- in with us. Tickets will be available at the door and presale at Renaissance Salon, El Jardin Columbia and El Dorado Savings Bank. Donations can also be dropped off at El Dorado Savings Bank addressed to ‘Benefit for Beth.’
Beth felt a growth on her tonsils, which eventually spread to a growth on the right side of her neck. After several attempts within 4 years of asking a handful of doctors to pay attention to her concerns, she was encouraged by a friend to have it checked out in a different county. After having a biopsy, MRI, CT and PET Scans completed, she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer on October 22, 2019. She was quickly accepted into Stanford Cancer Center and is under the care of an amazing team. Her treatment protocol will be seven weeks of radiation and chemo therapy simultaneously; therefore requiring her to stay full-time in Palo Alto with 24 -hour care. Caregiving needs will continue into the week she returns home from her treatment at Stanford.
Funds that are raised will be used immediately to pay for medical bills, prescriptions, travel expenses and eventually for follow-up appointments.
