Update: The Families First Coronavirus Response Act provides authority for the CA Dept of Social Services to provide emergency allotments of CalFresh benefits. For the month of March 2020, emergency allotments will be issued to eligible CalFresh households with client availability on April 12, 2020. For the month of April 2020, emergency allotments will be issued to eligible CalFresh households with client availability on May 10, 2020. All emergency allotments will be issued on the eligible household’s existing electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card.
CalFresh Maximum Allotments: Household Size 1 – Maximum Allotment 194, for 2-355, 3-509, 4-646, 5-768, 6-921, for a household of 7 – Max. Allotment is 1,018.
Services are limited due to precautions related to the Coronavirus and limited volunteers (many who are seniors).
Interfaith Update April 1: Daily Operations 10am – 1pm Monday thru Friday, all Interfaith Services are suspended Except: Groceries… pick up or delivery is available as well as client utilities…propane, water, electricity. We Require: Proof of Residence in Tuolumne County, You may receive groceries twice in April. The Food Bank will continue to provide food for its partner pantries and residents in need while limiting personal contact. They are also working with the County Schools and other food distribution locations to ensure no interruption of food delivery. Call the Food Bank directly at 984-3960 x101 if you are in need.
The ATCAA Service Center in Jackson can be reached by calling 223-1485 and in Sonora by calling 533-1397, Monday through Thursday from 9am until 4pm.

Income eligible families are welcome to visit our monthly Emergency Food Assistance Program on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
ATCAA volunteers can help you apply for any program or assist you with putting together a plan to ensure you and your family have enough food. We are committed to helping our local residents become self-reliant and supported by our community. There are many trusted community partners (government, non-profit, faith-based, educational) in our area who may provide you additional assistance.
