Message from Stephen Kautz “We say our youth are the future and the Kautz family started this Concours to support them the 4-H and FFA youth that have grown into some of the most respected people in our communities, our future.”
“When the [Butte] fire started 4-H and FFA youth from this community raised their hands to help out, they have been at the evacuation centers, at the fair grounds, feeding and caring for animals for those who are displaced. Some of these youth from families who have lost their own farms and ranches, who have lost their projects, but not their resolve, that is what 4-H and FFA build into our youth. In this time of rebuilding the future, picking up the pieces and moving on, the members of the 4-H and FFA stand ready to welcome you to this years Concours d’Elegance.”
“I ask only that when you come to support this years event remember that these youths have learned and experienced one of life’s hardest lessons over the last week, but one that as the youth of our future they will learn from, rise to the challenge and move forward. This is why the Ironstone Concours d’Elegance was started, to support these groups 4-H and FFA, the youth of our future.”
