If an emergency strikes, could you save a life? Adventist Health Sonora is offering the American Heart Association’s Family & Friends CPR course, a two-hour class that teaches adult, child and infant CPR and mild and severe airway block as well as adult and child AED use. This course is ideal for community groups, teachers, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life. Participants will receive a certificate but will not receive a CPR course completion card to meet certain job requirements.
The class will be offered Monday, May 7, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Conference Rooms 1 and 2 at Adventist Health Sonora. The $10 fee covers course instruction, supplies, and a copy of the Family & Friends CPR Student Manual.
